perhaps the answer to the ever increasing number of blogs and the subsequent amount of ‘sameness’ is to create a blog with stuff you make yourself every day, like this guy did:
make something something cool (well, not all ‘cool’) every day, for a whole year, good effort…
the ‘photoq’ blog is hosting yet another online photo auction, although there is no mention of a theme this time, ‘birds’ seems quite appropriate to me…

the clever thing behind this campaign for the new canon ‘pixma’ printer is that the target audience distributes the film amongst their peers for free, just like i’m doing now… interesting to note that canon have also placed an ad on the blog where i came across this one…
product placement is becoming a very sophisticated technique in the blog world, not sure that makes me happy, still it does look great this one…
