two interesting drawing installations i came across today online: ‘rosemarie fiore’ (whom i’ve blogged before with her ‘firework paintings’) has put a pinball machine to work in creating pinball paintings and ‘joseph griffiths’ who puts a home trainer to good use making circular drawings
the poster campaign for the ‘madness & arts festival’ or ‘MAF’ for short (the dutch word for ‘daft’ or ‘nuts’) from ‘lernert & sander’ featuring a colourful ‘rohrschach test’ made by the duo is currently hanging around town, very nice
the city of berlin now has it’s very own letter museum
…devoted to preserving and documenting letterforms. We are currently in the process of putting together our permanent collection and are actively searching out outstanding letterforms and typographic objects that merit preservation…
the ‘façade’ project for which i am currently designing the publication is nearing the final stages and the ‘re:frame’ exhibition (products made from recycled advertising billboards) is currently being assembled in ‘loods6’ in amsterdam
