normal service will resume a.s.a.p: just back from a whirlwind 5-day birthday bash (for the misses) in barcelona and ready to go

i stumbled across this wonderful new british magazine this week: flamingo: a small format simpatico magazine with a whiff of alternative culture that ‘celebrates doing it yourself’ a timely notion in these troubled times and a magazine with a worthy message instead of just more crap you and i do not need, take a look… it took me a while to realise that it is completely devoid of adverts

nearly there… we are completing the post-production on my little stop-motion film (well… commercial) this week
i’m still not allowed show it yet but as the final result is a mere 10 seconds long it is probably going to be a disappointment anyway! despite the disproportionate amount of hours we have spent creating each one of those seconds as a team…

still, i’m pretty sure it’s the first piece of work i’ve made which will have a guaranteed audience of 400 million people…
an über-aesthetic video promo for ‘woodkid’, not sure if this is really cool or just really over-the-top ugly?, no hang on a minute it is… ugly
(thanks to ‘gynaecologist-to-the-hollywood jetset’ and trendwatcher extraordinaire ‘jean-d’ for the tip)
