late last week, i attended this years dutch panl photography awards in amsterdam, under chairmanship of my good friend ‘lukas göbel’ the jury had a tough job choosing amongst what was clearly a rather sparse year, follow the link above for a complete list of the winners…

congratulations to the winners of the european design awards 2012, once again the dutch are very strongly represented, although i must say that like the past few years i find the level of the winning entries a bit ‘all over the place’ to say the least… there doesn’t seem to be a strong viewpoint on what the best of the best is… personally this is also a reason for me not to enter the competition
