an amusing old picture of me which turned up on facebook this week… it made me smile, at least until i realised it was taken 25 years ago, this is me and my old tutor jack screenprinting at art school back in, wait for it… 1986

interesting project that reduces a feature film down to a colour barcode, with each pixel width representing one frame of the film, the result creates a kind of unique ‘dna code’ for each film (tip via ‘fontanel’)

say hello to me studio’s latest addition ‘polina medvedeva’, who will be working alongside me as our new intern during the coming period… she is currently studying graphic design at the ‘HKU’ art school in utrecht and the timing couldn’t have been better, we have a huge amount of work and some interesting projects ahead of us in the coming weeks, so welcome ‘polina’ and have fun :)
