portugese designer fábio duarte martins first contacted me 2 years back & again yesterday with the latest update on his ‘isonorm revamp’ project isotope, as a heavy user of that particular font i am well aware of its many flaws… something which fortunately fábio is aiming to rectify along with expanding ‘isotope’ into a proper font family, great stuff looking forward to seeing the finished product soon (many thanks for the advance copy too fabio)

my friend ‘martin de waal’ asked me to take part in a performance exhibition entitled ‘the non issue – activism in fabric’ and to create something on a large piece of textile reacting to the theme of the show ‘non-issue’, here is a preview of the fabric piece i made and a spread for the catalogue, shown below

a new poster/flyer we have just completed for dutch comedienne ‘ellen dikker’ the neck brace refers to the title ‘horten en stoten’; an expression that lies somewhere between ‘cuts & bruises’ and ‘learning by making mistakes’
