here is my entry for the poster project during the ‘graphic design festival’ in breda, last week…
made with 1,000s of steel pins & banknotes, it took absolutely ages to make and the result wasn’t totally what i expected…
although the festival has finished; the posters can still all be seen (till late october) at the house for visual culture, in breda
a new initiative from designers rene knip & janno hahn: arktype, due to be launched on the 18th of october with a lecture in amsterdam…
an online (research) archive of the renowned, modernist type journal: typographische monatsblätter
covering all issues from the period 1960 through to 1990, featuring all of the (often very spartan) covers and interviews taken from the journal with prominent designers and typographers from the various eras involved

the ‘stone twins’ artwork for ‘collider’ the latest album from amsterdam guitar band ‘moke’ was inspired by
‘…the visualisation of one of the lead ion collisions at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC)… which then in turn, inspired the album title…’
