funny… i wrote about it back in 2009 and it now appears that somebody did actually take this smart idea by young student ‘min-kyu choi’ seriously and actually produce it…

although it’s been around for a few years already i’d never seen this incredibly cool (and a bit menancing-looking) canal boat untill it sailed past my house this weekend, i believe in marketing jargon it’s called a ‘brand extension’ but even a short glance is enough to tell you it’s been beautifully made…
it’s a shame that it’s for hire as a VIP canal taxi for an outrageous price instead of a boat that is just used around town regularly, which would be much more useful to g-star as a local fashion brand with international allure…
