the misses has made a (huge) blow-up of one her (mini) dioramas as part of the new expo space she has got at ‘loods 5’
we spent the morning there together getting everything ready and it looks great… very proud of her; ok everybody get in line quick before they are sold-out
these are great so i am going to post loads of them…

a small article on the letterproeftuin and their wonderful mini printing presses which i saw in action, in eindhoven recently… great fun
i finally finished my piece for the ‘pushing up daisy’ project this weekend… the opening is next sunday at 15:00 (het nutshuis – the hague), i haven’t worked with wood very much so far but this project has kind of inspired me to do more with this material, even if it is very unforgiving with mistakes (which was actually the theme i chose for my piece, i hope they like it)
a remarkable decision by the dutch state: erwin olaf (photographer) has been commissioned to design the new (dutch) euro coins, he has been working on them for months in secrecy… the result is a somewhat geometric portrait reminiscent of the old ‘queen beatrix’ portrait on the guilder coins… not really my taste…
