a self-promo idea from a photographer that takes narcissism to a whole new level…
it reminds me of a similar idea from local agency resoluut, which i find much nicer due to the fantasy element they introduced by making themselves into fictive superheroes…
the first image (at the top) is a sketch, made roughly a year ago purely to demonstrate to my client how the identity could look applied to random things like a truck
a year later that sketch has now become reality and the new metropole orkest lorry was delivered last week, we are very happy to have had the chance to make this one, it’s not often a rough sketch actually becomes a finished piece in this way…
below are some more images (ok, a lot) to give an impression of the 13 meter-long monster truck and it’s shiny new livery, i’m also looking forward to seeing it around on the motorways in the future
