some monochromatic updates from talented stills photographer vincent van gurp

this week, one of my neighbours gave me a copy of this new magazine (newspaper) called analøg which has recently been launched (not sure about that hipster-ish letter ‘ø’ though…)
in their own words: …for every issue of Analøg, we’ll collect the best that creative people have to offer – work that crosses boundaries, trends and genres. It will contain art, design, fashion, photography, architecture, illustration and more. The exceptionality of Analøg is derived from its readers – the very people who become contributors, submitting their own work to collectively contribute to one journal of global creativity…

a small article on the letterproeftuin and their wonderful mini printing presses which i saw in action, in eindhoven recently… great fun

i have just added ‘sorry’ the small article i wrote, for the amsterdam ad blog last week, to me stuff

i finally finished my piece for the ‘pushing up daisy’ project this weekend… the opening is next sunday at 15:00 (het nutshuis – the hague), i haven’t worked with wood very much so far but this project has kind of inspired me to do more with this material, even if it is very unforgiving with mistakes (which was actually the theme i chose for my piece, i hope they like it)
