the second industrial (type) revolution

i posted the americana photo blog ‘shorpy’ back in april ’09 but typographer (and ornamental type collector) ‘nick sherman’ went through the whole blog again with a different aim: selecting random bits of old type and vintage signage in the street scenes he found
