by a stroke of luck i discovered on holiday (last week) that we were residing very close to one of the major highlights from the oeuvre of famed architect le corbusier and got a chance to go and see it on a beautiful sunny day at it’s best, for a better impression see some more images here or even better go and experience it yourself for real… the exterior looks impressive but the interior is actually what made it so special for me…

the project is, in his own words: …about measuring and visualizing movie data, in order to reveal the characteristics of films and to create a visual “fingerprint” for them. Information such as the editing structure, color, speech or motion are extracted, analyzed and transformed into graphic representations so that movies can be seen as a whole and easily interpreted or compared side by side…
