i saw this on several news sites yesterday: people in spain are using euro banknotes to send messages to the government and bankers
all not very friendly, but certainly well deserved insults, it could unintentiuonally perhaps be a great idea for a campaign…

here it is my very last poster for the dutch national ballet, made together with ‘erwin olaf’ and some very talented young dancers… very kindly held up by my old partner ‘erik’ (the original ‘e’ in me studio) who popped by this week
i am really looking forward to seeing what design agency ‘lesley moore’ have come up with, when their new identity for the ‘national opera & ballet’ (as they are now called… or will be) is launched early in 2014, i am confident thay they will do a great job… so for now bye-bye ballet, it’s time for new ventures for me

the stedelijk museum amsterdam, is organising an exhibition called type dynamics on the eve of the publication of the doctoral thesis by frederike huygen on the graphic designer, photo-book pioneer, art director, teacher, arts administrator, and environmental artist jurriaan schrofer, the exhibition opens next week and with an installation by ‘lust’ it all sounds very promising…
my ex-intern ‘joris van meegen’ designing posters above a toilet… makes me proud :)
