vorige week was janet deibert bij ons op de koffie en ze bracht naar aanleiding van de eerdere foto van het kruis dit cadeautje voor ons mee. ze heeft m gemaakt in guangzhou (vroegere kanton), waar haar broertje woont.

jacques koeweiden, mirjam from the BNO and I met James Kennedy a professor at the VU university today, James will be talking at mind the gap number 5, which we are busy organising at the moment, the site hasn’t been updated yet but you can read about it here

I designed a little book about the playmobiel show for nathalie faber, which arrived from the printers yesterday
we asked illustrator claudie de cleen to scribble all over the layouts, which was a good decision, she made a nice job of it

nathalie and I spent the day at picnic today giving the book away free to anybody who looked interested…

me studio attended picnic in amsterdam, today. I saw the keynote speech by multimedia tycoon John De Mol about media/technology and creativity…

I wasn’t entirely sure exactly what I should and shouldn’t be doing to keep up, but John assured me about one thing: if I don’t hurry up and DO SOMETHING I could seriously damage my chances of also becoming a multimedia tycoon.. oh well
