i’ve had a little play with the ‘augmented reality’ gadget (posted this week on the FFF blog) from moving brands (i love the logo by the way), it looks very cool although the overall project and tone of voice does feel a bit like ‘blinding them with science’ to me, but it’s still worth a quick visit… i mean how often do you really get to use that little built-in webcam on your mac? oh and this is the MB logo…
at least that seems to be the idea behind these piano stairs thanks to my misses for the tip)

‘We Are The Friction’ is a book of illustration and short fiction created by 12 pairs of international writers and illustrators.
once again congrats to ‘nathalie & matthijs’ who won an award for ‘best childrens book illustration’ last night, that’s correct illustration… the jury considered our ‘dingen’ books to be illustrations and worthy of an award, they looked very unusual amongst all of the traditional illustration stuff in the exhibition (open to the public as from today in the ‘rijksmusem’ amsterdam) i’m still wondering why they chose that one instead of the series (see ‘me work’ for more images)
