because it still works very well in my opinion, simple and unfussy but yet with a lot of impact…

i finally found out who designed this great logo i’ve no idea what eight is or what they do/sell, but it’s still a well executed idea if you ask me
de beyerd
the first museum in the world dedicated solely to graphic design de beyerd in breda, will be opened on the 11th of june by queen beatrix and the people behind the ‘artvertising’ project (which me studio took part in) have a new plan: they aim to completely cover the museum in bright coloured flags and the call for entries has started
personally, i’m not really sure what the effect will be apart from ‘colourful’ and the prices are pretty ‘professional’ too: 250 euros for a little flag, going up to 1500 euros for a big one…wow, maybe i’ll skip this one
the functional city
the stroom gallery in the hague (of which i’d never heard before now) has an interesting looking exhibition on ‘otto neurath’ running till early april, looks worth a visit (thanks to narayana for the tip)
