this new hotel citizen m which recently opened in amsterdam, has been launched with the help of ‘kesselskramer’, i saw the building recently which is at the moment in a rather desolate part of schiphol airport and looked a bit lost… the idea sounds great though
one of the disadvantages of blogging is that it sometimes reveals just how cyclical a year can be, roughly around this time last year i was writing a similar piece with similar pictures about the exhibition of the the theater posters in the garden of the theater institute in amsterdam… (on show until late september)
the invite for the ‘theater poster awards’ has arrived (11 sept. in amsterdam) there was a small piece in a local paper about it today and i’ve been asked to do a live radio interview for a local radio station about the event tomorrow afternoon…
