i was in the studio again yesterday with ‘ruud baan’ preparing the ‘nutcracker’ poster image, we are making a little staged photography set with little cut-out dancers…
we’re both enjoying the challenge of trying different techniques a lot this year….
great i’ve just recovered from the exorbitant cost of adobe’s CS3 software purchase last year and now it’s time to fork out some more cash

i got hold of a copy of this wonderful photo book recently:
‘abba… zappa’ made by talented designer syb
it contains the work of pop photographer ‘gijsbert hanekroot’ who shot a great many legends in the 70’s, syb has made use of some tricky binding to include short pages that allow the images to overlap and tell a story, it also reflects the hectic pace of that era and reminds me of a pile of photo prints lying on top of each other, very nice indeed…
