i’ve just completed a nice motion graphics project commissioned by agency ‘the brand hotel’ for the dutch TV station ‘KRO’ which involves an outdoor/print campaign (+ my revamped TV idents)

the new theme is the ‘good life’ and i was asked to rework the grid of dots already used in their housestyle, i chose to animate the dots and to use them as a kind of ‘flare’ effect to reveal the typography, i was pretty pleased with the result (the special effects were executed by ‘post office’ in amsterdam)

i seldom watch TV (especially the KRO) so haven’t yet seen them live but i believe that they are already airing…

some nice hand painted brands on pebbles here i’ve no idea what they are for, but i like ’em…

i’m currently busy finishing my latest poster for the ‘dutch national ballet’ (photography by ‘ruud baan’) ruud and i were very pleased with the image and even more so when it was turned upside down…
