one of the latest ‘good’ infographics takes "…a look at the number of active commutes in several countries, as compared to those countries obesity rates."

interesting exhibition starting this week in FOAM: photography – in reverse featuring a new generation of imager makers such as: coriette schoenaerts, anne de vries, constant dullaart, jaap scheeren and katja mater who, according to the press release:
"…work with the medium of photography in a refreshingly uninhibited, unconventional and sometimes slightly anarchist way."


many thanks to things magazine for pointing me to these fascinating ‘koyanisqaatsi-like’ time-lapse sequences which although incredibly detailed and convincing are actually merely part of the latest PS3 release of the game ‘grand theft auto’… (wait for the annoying and unavoidable adverts to run first)

in general the best of these types of blogs full of unusual ephemera and imagery seem to come from the united states as does this particular one: all things amazing (well not all of them maybe, just a lot) featuring many rare, archive images of celebrities and nudes… i’m certainly bookmarking this one for later reference…
