this latest project from talented ‘kesselskramer’ art-director christian borstlap seems to be picking up a lot of momentum as it travels around the net, gathering good publicity along the way and don’t get me wrong… the 3d printing + stop motion technique looks fascinating and i love his work but am i the only one who finds the end result a little bit well… kitsch?

very funky disposable screenprinted dress from the late 1960’s, a bit of a steep price though…, see the whole collection on the christie’s auction site, the ‘ginsberg hand’ is also very cool… (spotted via the ‘warymeyers’ blog, see earlier post today)

the ‘photoq’ haiti auction now counts more than 175 images up for grabs… there are several very much worth a look, one the ballet images by ‘tom van heel’ (shown below) which we made together some five years ago is amongst them…
