my friend ‘jarr’ has been building his amsterdam poster set shooting the good, the bad and the ugly, since 2002 and it’s still growing, i love the ‘reverse’ posters above, that could almost be a campaign idea in itself…

the ‘wary meyer’ blog is full of really nice old design ephemera, like this ruler pencil, can somebody please make these again? i want one, only you probably need a second pencil to make a mark with the ruler… nice conundrum

photographer miloushka bokma has been making a series of portraits of families where there are still five generations alive, for a while now (which is a pretty rare occurence) and they are being presented in the ‘oba’ (public library, roelof hartplein) in amsterdam from the 27th of march to the end of may

p.s. i’ve just noticed a striking similarity between the image shown here above and the one here below… weird

you’ve got to admit, she doesn’t look happy…
