i think that this illustration work by japanese talent kazuki takamatsu i just came across, is absolutely awesome…

once again, a site that i cannot read (japanese) but the work speaks for itself in this case… enjoy

korean design duo sulki & min are a new name to me, they have a very impressive body of work and seem to be incredibly productive, the website navigation is what i would call, erm… challenging but worth the effort…

they also run a small publishing house called specter press and also have time to design their own fonts… wow

i just found some some fascinating work from designer linna xu, no idea what his or her nationality or location is but i like the stuff…

me studio has been invited to take part in an international poster exhibition in shanghai later this year under the title ‘messages to the world’ the website they sent me is in korean, so that’s about all i know so far… more news soon

judging by the technical competence of some of the student work on vimeo there are going to be a lot of pretty amazing motion graphic designers in the future… here are two examples: little red riding hood (röyksopp style) and the the conception of wine, the content is perhaps not very original but as an exercise in style both are well done, not sure whether the second fella should have done his own voice-over though…
