(not so) magic wand
there is a lot of dicussion around the use of photoshop in photography and there always will be, apparently some dutch magazines are going to start using a ‘photoshop free’ label… which i think is utter nonsense, retouching is an integral part of the photographer’ toolkit these days and there really isn’t an issue as long as it’s used with integrity… these examples from an american site are hilarious and illustrate the definition of integrity rather well…

i got a mail from martin venezky who is moving back to ‘foggy’ san fransisco with his agency apetite engineers, we met in amsterdam years back and i used to really admire his work for ‘speak’ magazine amongst others… bit of a complicated site so i’m not really sure what they are doing these days…
