a new ‘industrial prototyping’ lab has just opened it’s doors in an old cigarette factory in the hague, with a wide array of machines and techniques which is open to the public, sounds great, i will definitely pop along and check this out sometime soon… the website is dutch only (tip via ‘dylan’ thanks!)

back in the days when they used to be called ‘dept’ these (12" sleeves for therapy records) were the first designs i ever saw from them and still some of my favourite more than ten years later… these days they are known as our machine (check 1996-1997: still fresh)

i’m not sure how interesting a beatles game could be… but the trailer for the launch is pretty amazing at least, particularly the way the render style evolves as it progresses from hand-drawn into CGI, very nice…
